New formula is bad

I started taking Hydroxycut Black 7 months ago and really enjoyed the formula in comparison with other formulas. In September of 2020 (last month) the formula the formula was changed, and it was not an improvement... the new formula has “Keto-friendly MCT oil” and I immediately noticed the difference, it’s not nearly as effective. Even the gel capsules themselves look different visually, they are not as liquidy as they were before and the formula looks powdery and foggy in appearance. They don’t take effect as quickly as before and I feel like they aren’t as effective.
Please change it back.

They work way better than I expected them to. I was reading some of the other reviews about getting sick or feeling weird after taking these. I didn’t experience any of those symptoms. In fact I found after the 5 days the energy was more consistent and lasted throughout the day.

Overall, this product was average at best. The ingredient profile makes some interesting claims regarding weight loss which are debatable based on the cited research studies. Regardless, the product has pros and cons.
Pros: The pills are not unbearable to take and did not leave my stomach upset. It was difficult to discern if the slight change in energy was a result of the product or a placebo effect. I did experience minor weight loss over a short time period (only a few weeks). This was accompanied by consistent daily exercise and moderately healthy diet.
Cons: This product didn't blow me away in terms of performance. No drastic change in how I was feeling, no crazy weight loss. The claims of a product like Hydroxycut are certainly geared towards the buzzwords surrounding health culture.
It would be nice to see a clinical-trial type study done with this product in particular. Advertising results from ingredients is similar to attributing cake with the results of a study performed on eggs since they are an ingredient.

I appreciated that there was no crash or jittery feeling. I have a high caffeine tolerance but I also got results while working out and eating moderately. I would recommend this to people who want to get started. This is not a long term plan though.
