Ingredients:
For the marinade:

- 1½ tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp. fresh ginger root, finely minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ tsp. chili flakes
- ½ tsp. thyme
- ¼ tsp. fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- ¼ tsp. sesame oil
- ½ tsp. pepper
- 1¼ lbs. flank or loin steak (You may need to ask your butcher for it.)
Directions:
