Andy is a private practice dietitian, author and social media content creator from Toronto, Canada where he graduated with a Master's in nutrition in 2015. He has since gone on to establish and maintain a successful general nutrition practice while constantly enhancing his knowledge in this realm through his hundreds of blog posts and 11 published books. When Andy isn't sipping on cold brew or munching on kale he is probably watching soccer - the only thing he loves as much as nutrition.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, David has a vast roster of Hollywood's most elite clientele including athletes, models, actors, and the biggest influencers on the scene. David has worked with numerous big brands. David's training career stems from his athletic background and accolades as the former Mr. California and Mr. International 2019. David is constantly being asked about his routines and tips to stay on top of his physique.
HANNAH HUESMAN
Mental Performance Coach
Hannah Huesman, MS, CMPC, currently serves as a Mental Skills Coach. She earned a Master of Science degree in Sport Psychology and Motor Behavior, focusing on improving performance amongst athletes of all different ages. She is a Certified Mental Performance Coach (CMPC). She is also a former two-sport Division I student-athlete, in both basketball and softball. Hannah serves as a human performance advisor for Leadership Under Fire.
